Anza, California: White Rose Millenium Press, 1999. First Edition, !st Printing . Soft cover. Near Fine. Signed and inscribed by the author on the title page as follows: "To Terry/with best/hopes and wishes/manifest/FP/" Note that the author did not sign her name but used her initials. There is a private library stamp on the title page of Terry O'Connell (?), presumably the individual to whom the author addressed her inscription. 304 pages, interior of book is clean and binding is tight. At the bottom of the front cover on the lower outer edge thee is a approximate 1 1/2" crease that extends about two pages into the book. All in all, a quite nice copy; available for immediate shipment, carefully packed in a box.
