In publisher's stiff, printed wrappers. A fairly nice copy but for some dampstaining to the bottom edge of the plates in the rear; otherwise, contents clean and binding solid. All in all, a serviceable copy of this "scholarly study of the material, organization, and employment of balloons in the first year of the war" CWB I, 8. Dornbusch IV, 11614.
