Pp. xxi, [3], 335, [1], followed by a large section of plates, a catalog of those plates, index. Introduction by James Johnson Sweeney, who also selected the sculpture featured here. Map. Top edge dyed red. Bound in black half-cloth over yellow-green linen, Bollingen logo in gilt on the front board, gilt lettering stamped on spine. In the Dust jacket that shows shallow chips and moderate edge-wear. Bollingen Series XXXII. A fine survey, upholding the high standards of Bollingen scholarship.

All books are packed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. Every book is professionally packaged in a heavy cardboard box and shipped via US Postal Service, fully insured. Shipping rates are $3.50 per book; an additional $1 for every book thereafter. Sets and oversized volumes might require additional postage – indication of such will be noted in the book description. Those orders ship at cost. Other shipping modes are available per arrangement. Institutions will be billed per requirements.
