Edinburgh & London: Oliphant, Anderson & Ferrier, no date [1909]. No edition stated, but presumed first edition (hardback). 12mo (19cm by 13cm), 96pp. 8 plates. Original brown cloth, gilt titling to the spine, b&w plate inlaid on the front board. Edges of binding rubbed, endpapers browned, bookplates to the front endpapers. Overall, this copy is in good to very good condition. Undated; COPAC dates the book to 1909.
