Very good in original wrappers. 26.1 x 18.5cm Discusses weights, sizes, charges, additional charges, prohibited items, postage stamps, writing method, etc of mail. As an appendix, there is a template of mail notification tickets, customs declarations, and parcel post administrative data. Bilingual English and Japanese. .
