New York: Harcourt Brace & Company. Very Good in Good dust jacket. 1943. 1st Edition; 1st Printing. Hardcover. Hardcover with dustjacket, first printing as indicated by the publisher's "I" on copyright page, the book has an edge-chip to the cloth at top of spine and the blank end-papers are discolored, the binding is tight and clean and the contents are fine, the jacket has heavy edge-wear at the spine-ends, moderate edge-wear at the corners, the rear panel has mild tanning and a small surface-bruise is present on the photo of the author, there is also some staining on the reverse side of the jacket, our professional (removable) mylar cover hides this flaw and protects both the cover and book, the original price (3.00) is present, "a complete, scientific explanation of airplane navigation suitable for the layman, "lavishly illustrated with 50 drawings, maps (including a fold-out color navigation chart of Seattle) and diagrams, and with 40 photographs. The book contains a complete glossary of air navigation terms, a bibliography, and an index" .
