Some occasional moderate cracking to gutters throughout. One page slightly detached. Binding otherwise firm. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Cloth has moderate damp and dust stains. Mild crushing to spine ends. Book has a slight forward lean. Gilt lettering is darkened.

The text block is in very good condition, tightly bound, clean, straight and bright. With many b/w photo and one in colour, and diagrams of planes, most as fold-outs. No inscriptions or annotations. B/w and coloured adverts. Not paginated. Without jacket.

Pages are lightly tanned and foxed, but text and images are clear. Binding is slightly shaky, but all pages remain attached. Deckled edges. Boards have moderate shelf-wear, with noticeable corner bumping and some scuffing to edges. Spine and edges are moderately sunned, with visible crushing and noticeable splitting to ends. Heavy rubbing and scuffing overall. Visible marks of various kinds overall, including water staining to rear.
