A collection of transcripts of press reports on the Aldeburgh Lifeboat Disaster of 1899, when 7 crewmen died when their lifeboat capsized - trapping six men underneath the upturned hull. who could not be rescued. A seventh man died of injuries later. Pp.32, full page photo-illustrated newspaper cutting from the East Anglian Daily Times (March 12 1999) + photo-copied sheets with record of events loosely enclosed. White stiff card covers. VG.
