The covers are bumped with rubbing & slight fraying along the bottom edges. There is a tiny hole in the cloth of the rear cover. The head & tail of the spine are chipped & frayed. The dust jacket is soiled & chipped with a number of pieces out. 318 & [1] pages. Illustrated with 8 color plates, 16 full-page black-and- white illustrations & black-and-white drawings by Robert Ball. There is occasional light soiling. Good in a fair dust wrapper. <p>First edition.
