A FIRST EDITION, slightly later 2nd printing (lists to next title, "Green Ghost,'' on rear), with original cover & internal art by Harry Kane. Hardcover book has decorative paper over boards; no DJ as issued (never had one). Condition is VG- (very good minus), marred by these two flaws: 1) front hinge was cracked & reglued, 2) rubbing to extremities, heaviest along bottom edges from shelfwear, including bumped corners.
