Paperback. 64p., minimal introductory text with extensive vitae, but largely publicity stills and music notation/lyrics; item is printed sepia throughout on alkaline paperstock, softbound in 12x9 inch photo-decorated wraps. Somewhat worn with cover corner-tips creased, textblock cracked at pp26/7 (all leaves appear sturdily fastened), no ownership or any other kind of markings, a good copy.
