Grant Richards London 1899 reading copy. pictorial boards showing a Dutch girl looking at a circle containing children from all over the world, faded wide cloth titled backstrip, scuffed but still retaining original charm, broken hinge but must of the leaves are still bound and those which are loose are undamaged and inserted in the correct order) Landscape folio consisting of 30 charming colour plates showing children in amusing situations from all over the world together with a juxtaposed descriptive poem of three or four verses. One of the American plates shows Virginia 'Coons' and another Gipsies. Much of it would by Politically incorrect today
