Milwaukee: E.M. Hale and Company, 1937. First edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Good+. 8vo. [8], 9-480 pp. Blue cloth with blue lettering blocked in orange on the front board, blue lettering on the spine; blue topstain. Illustrated with a color frontispiece, with a few full-page maps, and with numerous full-page illustrations, done in the style of plates, of black and white photographs. Signed by the author on the free front endpaper. Includes several photographs of Wisconsin landmarks like Devil's Lake, Dickeyville, Chequamegon Bay and Lake Superior, Washburn, the Apostle Islands, Green Bay, and other tourist attractions of the Dairy State. A gift inscription on the free front endpaper; jacket has several traces of edge wear, a few tape repairs to its reverse, and is price-clipped.
