Inscribed by the author on the FFEP and with a photograph of William Madsen and actor Dick Van Dykeon front pastedown and some publicity letters laid in. DJ is lightly soiled and tanned with some small brown stains on spine and rear panel. DJ in a protective Brodart cover.
