Issued in several versions over the years, with changes to the ads. Rear cover depicts "Our Home on the Hillside," where Austin promoted the Water Cure. Austin, a hydrotherapist, promoted the reform of women's clothing, which she argued was too limiting to allow healthy free movement and activity. The main features of her proposed dress were a knee-length tunic over loose pants.
