Lancaster, Pa: Brookyn Botanic Garden, 1927. Hardcover. Very Good-/-. A bound collection of articles received for publication by the American Journal of Botany for 1927. Burgundy cloth, gilt titling on spine, tiny bookbinder's plate inside front cover, illustrated with black and white drawings and plates, 643 pages, advertising on last few pages. Cover is clean and bright with a few tiny pale spots, minor shelf wear, text block edges slightly darkened, foxing marks on front end paper from glue on library pocket which is on fixed end paper, one group of five plates entitled "Schultz: Ascus of Peziza" is very pale, text is clean and tight. This is a handsome book, in nice condition. Book is overweight. Shipping charges are calculated for a standard parcel under 1 kg. Additional charges will apply for heavier shipments, but not until the customer agrees. Canadian customers, please note that applicable sales taxes will be added.
