This is he wartime Edition of 1942 published for he Culinary Institute by Consolidated Book Publishers, with many of the recipes taken and revised from the DELINEATOR COOK BOOK with certain copyrights going back to 1927. There must be over 600 recipes included from Food for Invalids to High Altitude Cooking. This collection is a good representative selection of American recipes from the 1930s to 1940s. A heavy book.
