Much anecdotal material taken from the Tolan Committee of the House of Representatives Investigating the Interstate Migration of Destitute Citizens, public hearings that took place in 1940 and 1941. An about Near Fine copy with just a hint of rubbing to extremities. In the illustrated, price-clipped dust jacket, which is worn and chipped with a chunk missing from the head partially affecting the title. Good+.
