Spine faded and has slight wear to ends. 5cm split to foot of rear joint. Bump to upper edge of rear board. Rubbing and a few marks to boards. Foxing to page edges, patches of foxing to text, a few occasional marks to margins. Good solid binding. Numerous illustrations and 32 photographic plates. Fold-out map with a crease to one fold, plus a tear with old tape repair to reverse. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Overall condition is Good. Size: 6.5 x 9.5 inches (16 x 23.5 cm). Hardback. Printed pages: 288
