Chicago: The Lakeside Press, 1959. First thus. Fine in blue cloth covered boards with gilt text stamping on the spine with gilt top edge to the text block. Edited by Milo Milto Quaife. Originally published in 1868 in Philadelphia by T. Elwood Zell; but, evidently it saw an earlier release prior to November 1867. In the later chapters of this book the author describes his two trips to Montana. The first during the initial gold mine discoveries of Montana and the second in 1864 for a trip to both Montana and California.
