Andre Tiraqueau was an early 16th-century French jurist whose contributions to the French legal system were recorded in many of his legal treatises. This 1561 tome taken from the complete works of Tiraqueau includes two of his most important legal treatises:
· "De Privilegiis piae causae"
· "De Praescriptionibus"
Tiraqueau's law commentaries discuss legal contracts, contract validity, privileges within legal agreements, legacies for pious use, and much more. This particular volume was published in Basel by Froben and Episcopius.
