[c. 1900]. . 1st. 1st ed., small 4to, softcover. 30 pp + 63 b/w photographic plates with tissue guards, including two large folding plates -- the fi rst of which is torn at the attachment. Otherwise a good copy i n original wrappers. Covers cracked at spine ends, moderate stain ing. Except for the damage to the first plate, the text block is very good. A very clean tight copy; prior owner’s name stamp a t upper right of title page. with no other noticeable flaws. .
