Half title, blank page, 12 pp of undated ads on orange paper, title page, copy right page, 309 pp. Inscription on front flyleaf reads: "Henry Applegate, Jr & Fred M Stocking". Francis, a former secretary of the Bank of England, prepared this book for the layperson. It makes for an interesting and easy read about a wide variety of subjects surrounding insurance.Tanning to title page and blank page preceding ads due to offsetting from orange paper. Very light shelf wear. A very nice copy.
