(xviii) 329 pp. Blue cloth decorated in gilt on the front panel and spine; endpaper maps; illustrated in black and white. Light wear at the corners with the presentation details on the first blank page and some fading on the spine; book plate on the front pastedown; wear along the edge of the front free endpaper. The history of Niagara from the beginnings with the indigenous people and the Jesuits and Chevalier de la Salle, through the battles with the United States, General Isaac Brock and on through the Rebellion and the Fenian raids..
