Contains a loose program dated Monday, October 7, 1957 from the Philharmonic Auditorium. Program featured music and lyrics by Irving Berlin, Mary Martin as Annie Oakley, and John Raitt as Frank Butler. Souvenir program contains information about actors and various other people involved with the creation of the program.
