A single folded sheet containing an Act of Parliament from the Government of Lord Liverpool in July 1813 provides for: Wife of Militia Man following the Regiment, or leaving her Home, shall on her Return be entitled to Relief; Allowance to Surgeons attending to examine balloted Men and Substitutes to be increased.; Secretary at War to require Clerks of Subdivisions hereafter appointed, to give Security; Volunteers discontinued and not discharges for Misconduct, not to be liable to serve in Militia, 44G.3.c.54. although balloted while Volunteers; Appointment of additional Serjeants, Corporals and Drummers, to the Militia; How such Number of Supernumenaries shall be raised; Militia Officers may raise Men at Head Quarters, or any adjoining County; Where more than One Regiment, a Proportion of the actual Establishment of each Regiment allowed to enlist; Where Number to enlist are fixed, any above Establishment of a Regiment, after deducting the One-Seventh to be also allowed to enlist; For Recovery of Sums paid by County Treasurers.
