Designed by John Begg; binding and lettering by Wolf Eckardt. Printed in the United States of America by L.F. White Company, Inc. Slight rubbing and browning to wrappers; slight internal browning (chiefly to endpapers).4 brown/white Illustrations (including Map and facsimile).
