About This Item
Amsterdam: van Munster, 1938. Hardcover. Good. A photo essay with a commentary in Dutch of the author's travels in central Borneo before World War II. Most of the 336 black and white photographs are of the indigenous peoples whom he encountered on his journey. 266 pages. Weight: 2.5kg Post free within Malaysia. (Postal charges outside Malaysia will be limited to charges for a 1kg book.) The spine has suffered from wear and sunning and there is a split along most of the join of the spine with the front cover, but it does not appear to have affected the binding. Part of the front and back cover also have signs of sunning. The binding is tight, the text is clear and there is very mild tanning throughout.
