[New Haven]: Press of E. Hudson, 1810., 1810.. Good. - Octavo, softcover bound in printed tan wraps sewn with tan cord through 5 holes in the left margins. The wraps are darkened & chipped with some light creasing. There are tiny brown marks to the rear wrap with small stains to its lower edge & a piece out of its bottom corner. 18 pages. The top page corners are bumped. There is a chip out of the top edge & another out of the bottom corner of each leaf. The pages are toned. Good. <p>First edition of the first of two parts.<p>Trumbull argues, with reference to the Scriptures, that marrying a wife's sister is incest and against God's law.
