Softcover, bound in printed greenish wraps titled on the front cover and the spine with a vignette on the front cover. The covers are rubbed and soiled and the head and tail of the spine are quite chipped with a piece out from the tail of the spine. 50 and 134 pages, with a full-page monochrome frontispiece after an etching by Charles F.W. Mieletz and profuse black & white illustrations and plates throughout, including pictorial ads. Good. <p>The contents of this monthly architectural periodical includes William D. Foster's essay "A French Expression of Modern Architecture", Frank Chouteau Brown's "Low Rental Housing, Suburban Type, Part I", Charles H. Moore's "Ruskin as Critic of Architecture", "Andalusian Gardens and Patios" by Mildred Stapley and Arthur Byne, and "The Architectural Significance of the Rice Mills of Charleston, S.C." by Samuel Lapham, Jr. The plate section includes depictions of New York's Peg Woffington Coffee House, the San Joaquin Light and Power Company building, the Boston & Maine Railroad Station, St. Mark's Church in Philadelphia, etc.
