Ernest Benn Limited, 1931. 1st Edition. Hardcover. VG+/VG+. 1st UK Edition,1st Printing. 12.6 x 19 cm black boards with gilt stamped titles to the spine, 208pp, with original unclipped dust jacket priced at eight & sixpence. Clean boards with just a hint of ghosting from the jacket on the front board, bright titles and firm sharp corners. A neat name and date - March 1931- on the front free endpaper. Some foxing to the edge of the text block. The dust jacket is a little toned on the spine and lightly dust stained with minimal loss to the spine tips and corners, a 2.5cm tear on the top fore edge of the front panel, a 1cm tear on the bottom of the rear joint and a 0.8cm chip on the top of the rear joint.
