About This Item

Flagstaff, AZ: Northland Press, 1985. First edition. Hardcover. 175pp. Oblong quarto [25 cm by 28 cm] Red cloth with a gilt stamped title on the spine and a blind stamped title on the front cover. Very good. The front cover is very slightly warped. In a good dust jacket, with heavy surface rubbing, and a handful of small closed tears and chips in the edges. Not only was Arnold Friberg known for bringing to life the characters in The Book of Mormon and Cecile B. DeMille's The Ten Commandments, but he was also highly esteemed for his paintings depicting Native American culture and the reverence for the land and people of the early west.
