Knopf, 1967. Very Good/Very Good. We assumne a later printing because. there is no printing history on the copyright page. The dust jacket carries an $8.95 price and there is no blindstamp on the rear panel. Illustrated throughout with reproduced photographs and drawings by Douglas Allen. The volume is bumpeds on the spikne ends and the text leaves have acquired a bit of toning. The unclipped dust jacket, protected in a sleeve, has edge wear to include nicks, abrasions, and short closed tears. The spine is gently sun faded.
