Oxford: Phaidon, Christie's, 1987 First English edition, translated from Itaiian by Linda Fairbairn. HB. Blue cloth lettered in gilt to spine and front with art nouveau border, and colour pictorial dustjacket. 382pp, large quarto. With over 750 illustrations in colour, plus some b&w photos and line drawings. Detailed introductory chapters, with themes of the postcards, printing techniques and design, then each country (Europe plus America and Russia) has a chapter, with biographical dictionary at end. Fine copy. Pictures available.
