London: Chatto & Windus, 1943.. Second impression. 8vo. viii, 143, (1) pp. Publisher's green cloth, gilt lettered black spine panel, dust jacket, not price clipped. Jacket edge worn with occasional chipping, neat tissue repair on the verso of the fold of the front flap, else very good. Huxley suffered from poor eyesight for most of his life, here writing on the philosophy of sight and seeing and discussing his use of the techniques of Dr W.H. Bates, who he erroneously believed could help him.
