Internally worn, foxed in spots, text block coming loose from binding, with the extra engraved title worn with tape repairs to verso, but lacking the final text page (417/418) and 2 of the 58 plates (numbers 16 and 58). three plates with tears, two of them with a bit of loss, many with old practice letters on the blank versos, plate section coming disbound and a few plates are loose.
