Grand Rapids: Zondervan. Very Good- in Good dust jacket. 1941. First Edition Thus. Hardcover. Historical fiction set in Michigan involving the life of Margaret Thrillby who was born in 1837 and who died in 1933. She saw much of Michigan's history in her fictional life. Patch was Chief of Police of Highland Park when this was written. Missing the front free end paper, else a nice, clean, tight book. The dust jacket has several chips (one quite large) and also has edgewear, but still useable. Ref: Beasecker 1097, Black 207, Anderson. ; B&W Illustrations; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 224 pages .
