(London/New York: Peebles Press International, 1976).. 1976).. Good. - Small quarto [12 inches high by 9 inches wide], cloth, in a price- clipped dust wrapper. The covers are bumped & lightly rubbed. The dust jacket is rubbed & chipped with a piece out of the top corner of the rear panel. A tear to the dust jacket spine has been repaired internally with scotch tape. 255 pages. There is light staining to the front edge of the first text page & the page edges are slightly darkened. Profuse black-and- white photographic illustrations. Good. <p>A textual and pictorial record of twenty assassinations of 20th century figures whose deaths changed the course of history. Most of the photographs, many of which had never appeared in book form, are selected from the archives of United Press International.
