This first modern critical edition has been prepared from the British Museum copy of the 1568 edition, of which the only other known copy is in Florence. The text is set in I3pt Monotype Poliphilus and Blado and is printed on mould/made paper from the Wookey Hole Mill, Somerset. The binding is in Relon 'Terre de Cuivre' made by Rougier & Ple', Paris, and the endpapers are Ingres 'Tabac' made by Canson & Montgolfier, Paris. The brasses were cut by Mackrell of Essex and Avison of London. The jacket paper is 'Tre Kronor' from the Tumba Mill, Stockholm. The book was designed by Montague and Susan Shaw, printed by Vivian Ridier at The University Press, Oxford, and bound by Bookbinders of London.Limited / Numbered / Edition.
