London, 27 March 1839. 1 page 7 x 4.5 inches, integral blank, in good condition. Sir George Sinclair (1790-1868), author, friend of Byron (who described him as the prodigy of our school-days). In Parliament he advocated catholic emancipation and the emancipation of the West India slaves.
