6 Tavistock Crescent, Westbourne Park [London], 3 February [1888]. 2 pages 6 x 4 inches, in good condition. Uncommon. Harriet Daly (1854-1927). She published "Digging, squatting and pioneering life in the Northern Territory of South Australia" in 1887. “I told my husband of the many kind things you said about my book. Perhaps you have heard of Mr. Hugh Watts’ plagiary of it for his lecture the other day. The press has been most generously first to me in shewing up his discourtesy to me.” Sir Frederick Young KCMG (1817 –1913) was a British traveller and writer on imperial affairs.
