Illustrated with black & white and a few color photo reproductions. With biographies, chronology, and index. White cloth, titles and photo reproductions in black & white, orange endpapers. In the color photo illustrated dust jacket: light scuffs. Photographer Avedon and interviewer Arbus began collaborating on this book in the late sixties. Dust jacket preserved in a clear, removable archival sleeve.
