Internally there is age darkening and foxing to endpapers and to the margins of some pages else a clean and tight copy. Top edge gilt. Fore edge uncut. Fourth edition November 1899 (first was December 1897). xii + 562 pages. Portrait frontispiece on card tissue protected. 350 illustrations by W.S. Gilbert.
