New York: Privately Printed, Christmas 1913. First edition thus (hardback). 12mo (20cm by 13cm), 19pp. Frontispiece illustration (titled "Elizabeth Tingle Fairbanks"). Original white parchment spine, grey boards, title label to the spine. Boards rubbed and dusty, light inkstain to the rear board, a couple of crayon marks to page 15, gift inscription to the front free endpaper (which explains the origin of the inkstain on the rear board). Overall, this copy is in good condition. Limited to 250 copies.
