A clear and intelligent argument for minority right to vote as seen against the background of Presidential elections of this critical time. Tan boards with blue cloth spine, black titles on spine. Cover is scrubbed and faded at spine, lettering still very clear, light bumping of corners and spine ends, interior pages very lightly tanned with a couple of pencil marks in first chapter, staining of page edges. Blue dust jacket with white titles on front cover and spine has a few chips, stains and scrubs, some edge wear and small tears and creases along edges, chips at base of spine and along folds, not faded or price clipped.
