About This Item

Budapest, 1971. Some small brown spots, but in very good conditon. 49 copy was published.

The Balatonboglár Chapel was one of the best-known underground exhibition events of the neo-avant-garde art of the 1970s in Hungary, created on the initiative of the artist György Galántai, bypassing the official cultural policy of the Communist Party. The series of events lasted from the summer of 1970 to 1973, until the forcible closure by the authority.
