Pages are mildly tanned and foxed, but text remains clear. Binding is firm. Visible water staining to endpapers. Previous owner's inscriptions to front endpapers also. Boards and spine have minimal shelf-wear, with mild corner bumping and crushing to ends. Gilt remains bright. Mild marking overall. Boards are slightly warped. Unclipped jacket. Light tanning and foxing to all surfaces. Moderate edgewear, with noticeable chipping, tearing and slight loss. Heavy marking and moderate scuffing to exterior.
