LONDON`: RUPERT HART-DAVIS. First impression was also 1953. Hard cover with dust jacket. Tears on DJ edges. Tear on DJ spine which has been partly patched with clear tape. Foxing/tanning on inside of DJ. Not price clipped. Green boards. Tanned pages. Clean, tight pages. Strong binding. No inscriptions. Black and white line illustrations plus part colour plates. NB: found inside book is a photograph of the author, cropped from the Eastern Daily Press. Unfortunately the rest of the accompanying article does not survive. No extra charge for this cutting, should a purchaser want it. . Very Good. Hardcover. Second Impression. 1953.
