A beautiful book in excellent condition, documents the various barn building techniques brought to North America by immigrants over the years from first European settlement to the early 20th century. Binding is tight. Cranberry cloth boards are clean with minimal edge wear. Signed by author on FFEP. There is an additional inscription on the FFEP. Text is clean and unmarked. Includes hundreds of photographs and illustrations as well as an extensive bibliography and index. Dust jacket is price clipped but otherwise complete and protected in a mylar sleeve.
