Synopsis
The Bed Book is a rhyming children’s book written by Sylvia Plath in 1959 and published in 1976, after her death. It is whimsical and light-hearted, similar to works by Shel Silverstein. Faber & Faber published the book in the UK in 1976, with illustrations by Quentin Blake. The American edition, published the same year, featured il lustrations by Emily Arnold McCully.
